To help your body’s digestion, try rubbing a few drops of peppermint essential oil on your tummy (always patch test before using over a large area, peppermint oil will give off a cooling sensation on the skin which is normal but if you want to avoid this, simply mix the peppermint oil with another carrier oil). To improve your focus and productivity, put a few drops of Rosemary essential oil on a tissue and breathe it in throughout the day.

Why use these oils in the afternoon? Studies show that Peppermint essential oil helps in digestion and has even been shown the alleviate bloating and cravings. Rosemary essential oil on the other hand helps your mind focus and therefore increases your productivity.  A 2016 study even showed that students who worked in a room where Rosemary Essential Oil was diffused scored on average 5 to 7% higher.
