First of all we’d like to say that you look absolutely fantastic and we love your Instagram! What is your go to tip for living a healthy & balanced life?

Annmarie
Thank you so much that’s so kind it means a lot! For a balanced life - in the morning, I do 10-15 min of yoga if I’m not in a terrible rush.. (this time of the year with a daylight SAD light) it does wonders for your energy!

I eat regularly and of everything in moderation, except possibly chocolate which I struggle to go a day without..! ;)

I go to the gym I lift weights (girls never be scared of lifting heavy weights, it won’t make you big) and I do hot yoga. It’s also important to me to spend quality time with friends and family, as much as I can.

 The Spoiled Bee Team:

It looks like you have travelled to some fabulous places. Where is one of your favourite places to travel to?

Annmarie:

I have, I feel very lucky, but my favourite of all has to be Los Angeles, it has everything I love, the ocean, the light, the creative energy, fabulous food and amazing nature nearby. But also Miami as a close number two for the same reasons pretty much, it really has the best bit of ocean for swimming I think.

 The Spoiled Bee Team:

Any recommendations on great things to do or places to eat there?

Annmarie:

The Getty, quite possibly my favourite place on earth for the architecture, the art, the light, the view. Griffith Observatory, Santa Monica, Malibu, Venice, downtown LA has become such a creative hub, Chateau Marmont for the food and the atmosphere Central Market for great food that doesn’t break the bank.

The Spoiled Bee:

How do you look after your skin? Do you have any tips for anyone reading this?

Annmarie:

Cleanse every evening – always. I also massage my skin properly when cleansing, I use a light retinol in the evening and a vitamin c serum in the morning, and always always (!!) an SPF. I am also careful with the ingredients I use in products no parabens, not too many ingredients and kind to the environment if possible.

The Spoiled Bee Team:

Your sense of style is incredible! What is your go to place for finding all these amazing pieces in London?

Annmarie:

Marylebone High street, Westborne Grove (both streets with lots of independent shops and lots of lovely cafes) and vintage shops across the city – I used to work in a vintage shop in Malmö, Sweden back in my early 20s I think that’s where I developed the patience for it and what to look for.

The Spoiled Bee Team:

What is your favourite meal to make at home when you have the time to cook?

Annmarie:

I do make a great dahl with a coriander and chilli vinaigrette and crispy mushrooms.

The Spoiled Bee Team:

As big fan of art, do you have any favourite artist(s)?

Annmarie:

Dale Chihuly, have you seen his incredible glass creations? Olafur Eliasson and Monet. All working with lots of bright colours.

I also love Stik whose work is incredible and so worth a mention

 The Spoiled Bee Team:

Lastly, do you have a favourite mantra or quote that you try to live up to?

Annmarie:

"Be your own reason to smile!”
